On Oct. 20, Harry and Joan Suski of Silver Creek will be married 60 years. They exchanged vows on that day in 1951 at Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Silver Creek, officiated by Father O'Connor.
Harry is retired from the Town of Hanover Highway Department where he served as superintendent. Joan is a retired real estate agent. They have remained active members in their community and are currently members and officers of the Silver Creek Senior Citizens Club.
They are devoted, loving parents who continually make their family proud. They have three daughters: Deborah Koper, Cynthia Anger and Julia Harford. The couple also has eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren with another on the way.
