Margaret Evelyn Mills and Zachery Michael Waite announce their engagement. Mills is the daughter of David and Donna Mills of Silver Creek. Waite is the son of Rodney and Lisa Waite of Cassadaga.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Silver Creek Central School and Bryant and Stratton College with an associate's degree in human resources.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Cassadaga Valley Central School and graduated from JCC then from SUNY Fredonia with a bachelor's degree in psychology.
