Holy Trinity Seniors plan party

The Holy Trinity Seniors Christmas party will be held at the White Inn in Fredonia. It will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec? 8. It will be hosted by President Rita Lombardo.

Christmas cantata and free dinner set

ELLINGTON - The choir from the Baptist Church of Ellington is presenting the Christmas cantata "An Old-Fashioned Christmas Carol." It will be held at the church located at 530 Route 62 North Ellington, N.Y. The cantata will be held on Saturday, Dec. 17, at 4 p.m. with a free dinner to follow. Come and listen to the sounds of the season as the community celebrates the birth of a King, Christ Jesus.

Church to hold chicken and ribs dinner

Dunkirk United Methodist Church will hold a chicken and ribs dinner Tuesday from 4 to 6 p.m. The meal includes chicken and ribs, potato salad, baked beans, French bread and dessert. The cost is $10. Eat-in, take-out and delivery are available - call 366-2230. The church is located at Sixth Street and Washington Avenue.

Guest speaker Sunday

LILY DALE - At the Sunday service of the Church of The Living Spirit, guest speaker Martie Hughes, Lily Dale medium and Lily Dale Assembly Board member, will be featured. Worship is at 10:30 a.m. in the Assembly Hall, with a healing service, meditation and messages. Church Christmas tree-trimming and fellowship will be held immediately following the Sunday service. On Wednesday at 7:30 p.m., a community healing service is planned at the Healing Temple, East Street.
