WESTFIELD - The Village of Westfield Police Department executed an arrest warrant for Juan G. Rivera, 27, of 15 Clinton Ave., Westfield.
Rivera was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. It is alleged he sold quantities of cocaine to a member of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force in Westfield.
Rivera was arraigned and committed to the Chautauqua County Jail on $60,000 cash bail.
