SILVER CREEK - Silver Creek High School announces October's Knight of the Month. The first Knight of the Month is Lizzy Golubski, age 16. Lizzy is a junior and the daughter of Timothy and Brenda Golubski of Silver Creek. She participates in Senior High Band, Senior High Chorus, is the treasurer of SADD, plays Varsity Softball and varsity bowling and also bowls in a Senior League at Lucky Lanes. Lizzy's other interests include playing sports and music. After graduation, Lizzy would like to attend college to become a math teacher.
The second Knight of the Month is Ben Hogg, age 16. Ben is a junior and the son of Paul and Missy Hogg of Silver Creek. Ben participates in Varisty Football and JV Baseball. Ben's other interests include snowboarding and hunting. After graduation, Ben plans on attending a four-year college.
The Knight of the Month is a student who is nominated by a member of the Silver Creek High School faculty based on many qualities, such as dedication, extracurricular involvement, leadership and behavioral and academic performance.
