Insurance meeting at Lake Shore Family Support Center
There will be an insurance open enrollment or health care assistance session at the Lake Shore Family Support Center on Jan. 11.
Families will be able to select a provider and enroll with an insurance carrier during this session at the Hoag Educational Center from 1-7 p.m
Paperwork required for each family member:
Proof of Identity: Social Security Numbers must be provided for all household members (actual SS Cards/Birth Certs are no longer required).
Proof of Income: Last 30 days Income (Includes Wages, Social Security Benefits, Spousal Support etc)
Proof of Residency: Mortgage/Landlord Statement, utility bill in your name

You are 64 or Under
If the district happens to close due to weather, the session will be rescheduled to January 18 from 1-7 p.m.

Non-credit courses at JCC North County Center
A variety of non-credit personal enrichment courses begin soon at Jamestown Community College's North County Center in Dunkirk.
The courses include: Face to Face With Skype, 9 a.m. to noon, Jan. 18 ($34 tuition); Barrier Precautions, 1 to 4 p.m., Jan. 18 ($30); Exploring Watercolor Painting Phase II, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., Mondays, Jan. 30-March 5 ($70); Healthy Looking Inside and Out With Pilates, 6 to 7 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays, Jan. 24-March 29 ($80); and Traffic Survival, 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Jan. 21 ($35).

Cross-country ski tour
BROCTON - The New York State Parks will be leading a guided cross-country ski tour through Lake Erie State Park's groomed trails ending with a breathtaking view of Van Buren Point. The tour will be Sunday, Jan. 8, at Lake Erie State Park, Brocton. For information and registration, call 549-1050.
