JAMESTOWN - Michael J. Colburn, Jr., 40, a customer services representative for The Connection, where he worked for several years,
died Thursday (Jan. 12, 2012) at WCA Hospital in Jamestown, NY.
He was born April 20, 1971 in Gowanda, NY the son of Michael J. and Mary A. (Scott) Colburn, Sr.
He is survived by his father, Michael J. (Debra Bankhead) Colburn, Sr. of Johnson City, NY, his mother, Mary A. (Randy) Rowland of Lakewood, NY, his three brothers, Mark (April) Colburn of Endwell, NY, Kevin (Casandra) Colburn of Vestal, NY, Matthew (Jamie Elifritz) Rowland of Jamestown, NY, his two sisters, Carrie (Bryan) Mozes of Cattaraugus, NY, Debbie (Austin Gordon) Rowland of Jamestown, NY, a grandmother, Barbara Logue of Sinclairville, NY, his grandfather, John (Ethel) Colburn of Cherry Creek, NY, a companion, Aleta Pringle of Jamestown, NY, a step-brother, Daniel Bankhead, Jr. of Endicott, NY, a step-sister, Denamarie Bankhead of Endicott, NY, his stepmother, Sue Colburn of Cherry Creek, NY, and many other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents James and Alice Scott, his grandfather James Logue, and his grandmother Susan Love.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. at Hills Funeral Chapel, 478 Balcom Corners, Route 83, South Dayton, NY. Rev. Kenneth Pratt of Cherry Creek Assembly of God will be officiating.
Visitation will be held at the funeral chapel on Fri-day from 2-4 P.M. and 7-9 P.M.
