JoAnne and Timothy R. Gillis of Gowanda announce the engagement of their daughter, Tara Jean Gillis, to Private First Class Zachary Tyler Badgley, son of Stacey and Tim Bova of Perrysburg.
The bride-to-be is attending college while her fiance is serving the U.S. Army in South Korea.
The couple is planning a September 2012 wedding.
