Megan Dominique Racino and Jason Allan Arter announce their engagement. Racino is the daughter of Pam Racino of Dunkirk and Dave Racino of Orlando, Fla. Arter is the son of Pamela Adinolfe of Newfane, N.Y., and John Arter of Lockport.
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Dunkirk High School and D'Youville College where she received her bachelor of science degree in nursing and is currently working as a registered nurse with People, Inc.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Newfane High School and ITT Technical Institute where he recently earned an associate's degree in computer-aided drafting and currently works as a drafter at Conestoga-Rovers & Associates in Buffalo.
