Fredonia Police Department

Daniel F. Guziec, 21, of Nevins Street, Dunkirk was charged with littering on Jan. 22. Fredonia Police was on foot patrol and observed Guziec throwing two bottles of beer in the east municipal parking lot. Guziec was released on appearance tickets.

Sarah R. Tedesco, 19, of Alumni Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged with having an open container, unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 and littering on Jan. 22. Police observed Tedesco holding a beer can in the west municipal parking lot and threw the can to the ground. Tedesco was released on an appearance ticket.

James P. Tilly III, 35, of Water Street, Fredonia was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following an accident on Jan. 22. Police responded to 100 Brigham Road for an accident at 9:04 a.m. It was found Tilly had a suspended license for failure to pay child support. Tilly was released on an appearance ticket.

Allen B. Carlson Jr., 38 of Middlesex Drive, Fredonia was charged with operating a vehicle with suspended registration and having no insurance on Jan. 24. At 10:20 a.m. the license plate reader alerted to a suspended registration. Carlson was stopped on East Main Street and found to have a suspended registration due to a lapse in insurance. Carlson's vehicle was towed to Mancuso's Service Center and Carlson was released on an appearance ticket.

Jessica Weese, 23, of Temple Street, Fredonia was charged with disorderly conduct on Jan. 25. At 4:50 p.m. police responded to an apartment building for reports of a female yelling loudly. When police arrived they could hear the woman, who later was identified as Weese, from outside. Weese appeared to be highly intoxicated and continued to yell at police. She was taken into custody and was later released on appearance tickets.

James Santamaria, 53, of Jamestown was charged with having a suspended registration and no insurance on Jan. 26. The license plate reader alerted police to Santamaria's vehicle for a suspended registration which was suspended for an insurance lapse. The vehicle was towed to Mancuso's Service Center and Santamaria was released on his own recognizance.
