Robert Kost and Jill Jackson announce their engagement. Jackson is the daughter of Janet K. Jackson and the late Kenneth E. Jackson Sr. of Cherry Creek. Her fiance is the son of Robert A. Kost Sr. and Debra R. Guiffrida, both of Jamestown.
The bride-to-be is a 1996 graduate of Clymer Central School and has earned a degree as a veterinary assistant from Great Lakes Institute of Technology. She is employed by the Chautauqua County Humane Society in Jamestown.
The prospective groom is a 1998 graduate of Frewsburg Central School, a Marine Corps veteran, and a 2011 graduate of American College of Technology in the study of health sciences. He is also employed at the Chautauqua County Humane Society.
