Two city of Dunkirk residents were arrested and charged over the weekend with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, both Class B felonies.
Odessey S. Finley, 24, of 774 Central Ave., was arrested at her residence Friday night on a warrant based on information from Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force members that she had sold quantities of crack cocaine to Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force agents.
It is alleged he had sold quantities of crack cocaine to Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force agents. He was arraigned and subsequently remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail pending bail and further action from the court.
The Southern Tier Regional Task Force is comprised of officers from the City of Dunkirk Police Department, Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department and the City of Jamestown Police Department. Authorities are asking that anytime you see narcotics related activity in your community to call either your local police or the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
