Editor, OBSERVER:
The betrayal of the New York state taxpayer continues. We are being betrayed by our own politicians who give our tax money away like candy to those who constantly take it away from free programs on a daily basis.
Now these people are also receiving $50 of our tax money just to go to the doctor's office. What insane politician thought this one up? We as taxpayers not only give these people free medical and dental, but now we give them $50 just to go to the doctor's? What a rip-off to those of us who pay the bills for these freeloaders.
Just when you have seen it all in this give away state something new pops up such as this lunacy. When will these free programs stop? Only when those people are voted out in Albany.
I am waiting for the next stupid thing that Albany thinks up to rip us off; till then keep working. There are millions on welfare and other free programs that depend on you. But don't lose your job because you are not entitled to any of that.
God bless the taxpayer in New York State.
The taxpayers in New York State can't afford Medicaid. And we can't afford anymore freeloaders in this state, county and city.
