Silver Creek High School is pleased to announce December's Knights of the Month.
The first Knight of the Month is Jade Lewis, 15. Jade is a sophomore and the daughter of Wayne Lewis and Betty Jo Gabel of Silver Creek. Jade participates in the Varsity soccer and basketball teams, Big Buddy program, Natural Helpers, Key Club, Varsity Club and is the sophomore class president. Jade's other interests include sports and the arts. After graduation, Jade would like to attend college and possibly law school.
The second Knight of the Month is Jacob Vazquez, 17. Jacob is a junior and the son of Tina Smyczek of Silver Creek. Jacob participates in a bowling team and the Good Time Group. Jacob's other interests include playing video games. After graduation, Jacob plans on having a job working with newspapers.

The Knight of the Month is a student who is nominated by a member of the Silver Creek High School faculty based on many qualities, such as dedication, extra-curricular involvement, leadership and behavioral and academic performance.
