Kathleen Leigh Stegle and Brandon John Wright were united in marriage on July 22, 2011 at Our Lady of the Angels Alumni Chapel on the campus of Niagara University. The double-ring ceremony was concelebrated by Fr. Joseph Hubbert and Father Walter Werbicki.
The bride is the daughter of Ed and Maureen Stegle of Dunkirk and the granddaughter of the late Robert and Dolores McGraw. The groom is the son of Jim and Gina Wright of Medford, N.Y.
The bride was escorted to the altar by her father. She wore an Alfred Angelo white taffeta strapless gown with sweetheart neckline, crystal beading, sequins, pick-ups and cathedral train. She wore a fingertip veil with a silver beaded vine border and carried a bouquet of lilies accented with blue hydrangeas.

As her maid of honor, the bride chose her sister, Colleen Zebrowski of Jamestown; matron of honor was her cousin, Jennifer Ivory Merschbach of Spring Hill, Fla. Bridesmaids included Sarah Ivory of Penfield, N.Y., Madeline Rammelt of Naples, Fla., Julie and Laura Szymanowicz of Spencerport, N.Y., all cousins of the bride; Carolyn and Chelsey Wright of Medford, sisters of the groom; Katie Braymiller of Boston, Mass., Laura DiNicola of Niagara Falls and Kaylin Ranagan of Niagara Falls, all friends of the bride. Flower girl was Taylor Steo of Ridge, N.Y., cousin of the groom. The bridal party wore short knee-length dresses with Y-neck and skirt pleating in cornflower blue and carried bouquets of white roses and blue hydrangeas.
Eric Wright of Medford, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen included Alex Steo of Farmingdale, N.Y., Michael Steo of Ridge and Paul Steo of Holtsville, N.Y., cousins of the groom; Casey Hubbard of Ronkonkoma; Brad Merschbach of Spring Hill, Zachary Ortolano of Dunkirk, Michael Tucci of Central Islip, N.Y., and Tom Wenstrom of Smithtown, N.Y., all friends of the groom. Ring bearers were Danny and Andrew Howman of Coons Rapids, Minn., cousins of the bride.
Vocals at the wedding Mass were sung by Colleen Zebrowski and Laura Szymanowicz accompanied by pianist Ben Siracuse of Fredonia.
The wedding reception took place at the Niagara Falls Country Club on Lewiston Hill overlooking the Niagara River.
The bride is a 2001 graduate of Northern Chautauqua Catholic School, a 2005 graduate of Mt. Mercy Academy, and a 2009 graduate of Niagara University with a bachelor of science degree in hotel and restaurant management. She is employed by the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay as the assistant executive housekeeping manager.
The groom is a 2004 graduate of Patchogue-Medford High School, and a 2008 graduate of Niagara University with a bachelor of arts in history. In 2010 he completed his master's degree in education becoming certified to teach social studies, grades 5-12. He is employed by Springstead High School in Spring Hill, teaching U.S. and world history.
The bride and groom honeymooned at Sandals Resort, Nassau, Bahamas, and now reside in New Port Richey, Fla.
