Easter Cantata set for March 31

ELLINGTON - The Baptist Church of Ellington, located on Route 62 approximately one half mile outside the village of Ellington, will be presenting its annual Easter Cantata on March 31 at 4 p.m. This year the choir will be performing the powerful message "Because He Lives" in song and narration. All who come are invited to stay after for a free Easter dinner with all the trimmings. There will also be an Easter egg hunt for the children. The public is invited. Admission is free. Church to present Easter musical

Harvest Chapel announces its annual Easter musical: "My Savior, My God." This is a free event and no tickets are required. Performances are March 30 at 7 p.m. and March 31 at 4 and 7 p.m.

There will be childcare available during the 4 p.m. performance on March 31. All performances are free but there will be an opportunity to give. For more information, call 679-0987. Harvest Chapel is located on 39 Matteson St. in Fredonia.

Holy Trinity Seniors plan lunch meeting

Holy Trinity Seniors will meet on Thursday, April 12 at 12:30 p.m. in the Parish Center. This will be a "bring-your-own-lunch" meeting. Coffee will be furnished.

UU to celebrate Justice Sunday

The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Northern Chautauqua will celebrate Justice Sunday on March 25. Members of the Social Action Committee will join the Rev. Theresa Kime in exploring the intersection of justice and the economy. All are invited to attend this service. Worship services are held each Sunday at 11 a.m. in the Grange Hall, 58 W.
