Angel D. Clausen and Charles E. Eckerdt III of Dunkirk announce their engagement. Clausen is the daughter of Nancy Hazeltine and Lewis Brown. Eckerdt is the son of Charles E. Eckerdt Sr. of Forestville and Charlene A. Bimber of Corry, Pa.
The bride-to-be attended Union City High School and is employed by Fieldbrook Farms. The prospective groom attended Dunkirk High School and is a district sales manager at the OBSERVER.
A July 7, 2012 wedding is planned.
