Congratulations to Linda Aures, who was elected to the Forestville Village Board last week.
In her candidacy announcement in the OBSERVER this month, she said she was running "for trustee because she is not pleased with the rapport between the Village Board and the residents of Forestville." No question, she has her work cut out for her.
We hope, as well, that the same "rapport" can happen in Silver Creek. Good luck to both Nick Piccolo and Benjamin Peters in controlling the loud, boisterous and "do not question me" village Mayor Kurt Lindstrom.
That's a tall order. Emphasis on good luck.
