Katrina Cruz-Torres, 25, of Jamestown was charged with failure to obey traffic control and having no license on March 16.
James Alessi, 33, of Castile Drive, Fredonia was charged with second-degree criminal contempt March 19.
Jennifer M. Greis, 18, of Alden was charged with using a cell phone while driving on March 19.
Evan L. Corbitt, 23, of Temple Street, Fredonia was charged with using a cell phone while driving on March 19.
Phillip Schrantz, 47, of Central Avenue, was charged with second-degree menacing and second-degree harassment March 19.
Candido Pagan-Hernan-dez, 26, of Main Street was charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal mischief on March 20 on previous charges.
Daniel R. Noftsker, 61 of Park Avenue was charged with second-degree harassment on March 21.

Michael T. Gibson, 33, of Columbus Avenue was charged with third-degree assault and a parole violation March 23 on a warrant.
Brenda I. Johnson, 26, of Porter Avenue, Fredonia was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Mary L. Brown, 35, of Park Avenue was charged with having excessive window tint on front and rear windows on March 24.
Maria C. Ramos, 26, of East Second Street was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on March 24.
Jamie P. Waclawski, 37, of Eagle Street was charged with failure to yield the right of way when entering the roadway on March 25.
Shannon M. Grover, 30, of Tenney Street was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on March 25.
Cailleani M. McMahon-Tronetti, 54, of Erie, Pa. was charged with failure to yield the right away on March 26.
David Lewis Jr., of East Sixth Street was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, having a broken windshield, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, having no registration and no insurance Monday.

RIPLEY On Monday at 9:30 p.m., the Sheriff's Office executed an arrest warrant for Carlo A. Ger-vasio, 36, of Ripley on charges of criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief degree and second-degree harassment. The warrant stemmed from an incident Saturday. He was arraigned in Ripley Court and remanded to the County Jail on $2,000 cash bail.

LEON On March 22, Michael J. Hill, 21, of Leon, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance outside the original container after deputies responded to his residence for a larceny complaint. He was arraigned in the Town of Dayton Court and was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $200 bail.
SOUTH DAYTON On March 20, Ray Provorse, 17, of Conewango, was arrested on a warrant for second-degree menacing. It is alleged he threatened a victim with a knife. He was arraigned in New Albion Town Court and jailed in lieu of $1,500 cash bail.
