Drs. Christina Ann Genske and John Christopher Formoso Tang of Fishers, Ind., announce their engagement. Genske is the daughter of Margaret Barone of Indiana and Rudolph Genske of Irving. Tang is the son of Anita Formoso Tang and the late Dr. Juanito Tang of Bloomfield Hills, Mich.
Genske graduated from Dunkirk Senior High School in 1996, Fredonia State University in 2000 and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) in 2004. She completed an internal medicine residency at Henry Ford Bi-County Hospital in Warren, Mich., and a fellowship in infectious diseases at Indiana University school of medicine in Indianapolis, Ind. Genske currently works for Community Health Network in Indianapolis as an infectious disease specialist.
Tang graduated from Andover High School in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., in 1993, University of Michigan in 1997 and Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2004. He completed an internal medicine residency at Henry Ford Bi-County in Warren and his gastroenterology fellowship at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills, Mich. Tang currently works for Indiana University school of medicine as a gastrointestinal specialist in Indianapolis.
