The OBSERVER's Hoop It Up grand prize winner Joe Woloszyn, recently received his laptop computer prize from Wal-Mart. Shift manager Keith Eberly, Woody Howland and OBSERVER circulation manager Shawn Paulus, along with Wal-Mart associates Ed, Gayle and Tiffany were included in the celebration.
