Editor, OBSERVER:
The members of St. John's Church wish to thank everyone who made the Easter Sunday and Anniversary Service such a wonderful and memorable occasion.
Seventy-five people were there to worship and reminisce together. As one person remarked, "If you counted all the people that were mentioned on the prayer list, you would have reached your goal of 125!" Add to that the dearly loved church family members, now a part of the heavenly realm, smiling down and rejoicing right along with us!
The warmth of Christian fellowship will linger in our hearts for many years to come.
If you missed this celebration, the church members are busy making plans for other activities to commemorate our 125th year. Keep your eyes open for future church events to be publicized.
Of course, you do not need a special reason to visit St. John's. You are cordially invited to worship with us each Sunday morning at 9 o'clock.
