An incident which allegedly occurred in the Walmart parking lot Tuesday night is under investigation by Fredonia Police. Two cars were apparently stopped by police on service roads on opposite sides of Route 60, in front of St. Hedwig's Cemetery. A male was taken to Brooks Memorial Hospital by Alstar for what appeared to be minor injuries. Police said he was not a suspect. Fredonia and East Dunkirk fire departments also assisted at the scene.
