The OBSERVER

The annual Creche spring rummage sale is set to begin on Thursday, May 3, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a bag sale on Friday, May 4, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. From left Kari Soffel and Betsy Shepherd, co-chairwomen of the spring sale, are seen with some area youth. The sale will be held, as in the past, at First Congregational Church, 316 E. Fourth St., Jamestown. Sale items include quality adult and children's clothing, household items, toys and various other offerings and donations. The Creche Inc., is a local, not-for-profit women's organization that has been serving the area for more than 110 years.
