Fredonia Police Department

Joseph Patrick Hill, 18, of Buffalo was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21, littering and having an open container Friday. At 5:35 p.m. police observed Hill walking with a can of beer on the sidewalk of Barker Street. He put the can on the ground and then walked away. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Kevin H. Heron, 19, of Penfield was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 and having an open container Friday. At 5:46 p.m. Heron was observed walking with an open can of beer on White Street. He was released on an appearance ticket.

John B. Maher, 23, of East Rochester was charged with having an open container Friday. At 6:22 p.m. Maher was walking on Day Street with an open beer. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Dylan Ray Hoerner, 19, of Alden was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 and Justin E. Michel, 19, of Lancaster was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 and having an open container Friday. At 8:40 p.m. both males were walking on Day Street. Michel had an open beer and Hoerner had a beer inside his sweatshirt pocket. Both were released on appearance tickets.

Zachary B. Bellus, 19, of Buffalo was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21, littering and having an open container Friday. Police observed Bellus with a can of beer on Forest Place near Barker Street which he then threw down? He was released on $150 bail.

John P. McGovern, 19, of Orchard Park was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21, having an open container and littering Friday. At 8:36 p.m. police observed McGovern throw his beer down while on Central Avenue. He was also found to be in possession of alcohol in his backpack. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Dylan Mackenzie Anzalone-Rosario, 18, of King Street, Dunkirk was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21, having an open container and littering; Jordan C. Kujawa, 19, of Doughty Street, Dunkirk was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 and having an open container; Michael M. Banach, 17, of Buffalo was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21; and Ryan Joseph Jaszczak, 18, of Grant Avenue, Dunkirk was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol Friday. At 10:09 p.m., the four males were observed walking on Center and Barker streets. Rosario and Kujawa had open containers while the other males were all in possession of alcohol contained in a bag. Rosario threw the beer on the ground. All four males were released on an appearance ticket.

Emerson J. Onosko, 18, of Hemingway Hall, SUNY Fredonia was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21, having an open container and littering Friday. Police observed Onosko walking on the Day Street sidewalk with an open beer. As he was approached he dropped the can and walked away. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Christopher S. Galayda, 18, of Rochester was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday. At 12:20 a.m., Police observed Galayda yelling obscenities outside of Sunny's on Water Street. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Parker A. Bonis, 18, of Rochester was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21, littering and having an open container Saturday. At 4:40 p.m. he was observed holding a cup of alcohol in front of 89 Center St. He then threw the cup down to the curb. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Kyle R. Smith, 21, of Risley Street was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday. At 7:23 p.m. police observed a fight at 33 White St. which took place in the road. Smith was released on an appearance ticket.

Megan Seuffert, 20, of Water Street was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21, littering and having an open container Saturday. At 5:25 p.m. police were on patrol on Lambert Avenue when they observed Seuffert holding a beer which she threw down. She was released on an appearance ticket.

Jason W. McMahon, 18, of Elm Street, Mayville was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and having an open container Saturday. At 8:11 p.m. McMahon was holding a beer at 24 Water St. He was released on an appearance ticket.

Alfred W. Molinari, 20, of Rochester was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 and unlawful use of license Saturday. At 7:09 p.m. Molinari was seen walking with a beer on Temple Street. Molinari was in possession of another individual's license. Christopher J. Morrow, 20, of Rochester was charged with unlawful use of license as well. Both were released on an appearance ticket.

Joshua M. Cortez, 18, of Rochester was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21 and having an open container and Cameron E. Ashford, 20, of Rochester was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under 21, having an open container and littering Saturday. At 5:22 p.m. the pair were seen on Forest Place with open beers. Ashford threw his beer to the ground. Both were released on appearance tickets.

Sarah L. Taber, 22, of South Dayton was charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and no insurance Tuesday. At 1:55 p.m. Taber was pulled over on West Main Street following an alert from the license plate reader. She was released on an appearance ticket and her vehicle was towed to Mancuso's Service Center.

Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office

Deputies responded to a personal injury accident on Route 60 in the Town of Stockton on Monday around 7 a.m. Upon arrival at the scene, it was found that the operator, Moises Lopez-Encarnacion, 21, had experienced a medical issue while driving. The vehicle left the roadway and entered a field on the west side of Route 60. Lopez-Encarnacion was transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital for treatment. Lopez-Encarnacion was issued a ticket for unlicensed operation. Cassadaga Fire Department also assisted on the scene.

On April 27, around 11 p.m., James D. Robbins, 41, of Fredonia, was operating a vehicle traveling eastbound on Route 20 in the town of Portland. It is alleged Robbins and a female victim were involved in a physical altercation. Robbins allegedly jerked the steering wheel, lost control of the vehicle and spun off the road and snapped a utility pole.

Robbins was taken to Westfield Memorial Hospital for evaluation. The female victim refused treatment. Robbins was charged with driving while intoxicated and released with appearance tickets. Additional charges may be pending.

The police extended special thanks to a motorist passing by who stopped and assisted with Robbins' dog, which was ejected from the vehicle during the accident, but not injured.

At about 2:45 a.m., a vehicle operated by Kathleen S. Anderson, 27, of Bemus Point was traveling on Dutch Hollow Road. Anderson allegedly swerved to miss a deer, and crossed the roadway. The vehicle then struck another vehicle parked in a driveway before striking a house, causing extensive damage. Anderson fled the scene and was later located at her residence.

After an investigation, Anderson was found by police to be intoxicated and was charged with driving while intoxicated, blood alcohol content of .08 percent or more, failure to keep right, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Additional charges are pending. Anderson was issued appearance tickets for the Town of Ellery Court.

On April 24 around 10:15 p.m., sheriff's deputies and officers from the Lakewood Busti Police Department responded to a call regarding a disturbance at 5333 Ramsay Road in North Harmony. It is alleged that during an investigation, deputies discovered a small marijuana growing operation. Sullivan was charged with growing cannabis, a misdemeanor under the Public Health Law. Sullivan will appear in the Town of North Harmony Court at a later date.
