The Arkwright Town Picnic is scheduled for Aug. 4, noon to 9 p.m., at the American Legion Picnic Grounds on Barnum/Shumla Road in Cassadaga. The picnic committee is meeting at Linda Fairbanks pond for a membership/scheduling get together at 1968 Shaw Road. Hot dogs and the fixings to be provided; those attending must bring their own drinks. The public is invited and welcomed.
