Bridgette D. Holstead, 42, of Main Street, Brocton was charged with having no registration, no proof of insurance and unlicensed operation on May 22.

Joseph P. Thompson, 19, of East Seventh Street was charged with operating out of class and having no insurance on May 22.

Joshua DeJesus, 25, of South Roberts Road was charged with failure to keep right and unlicensed operation on May 22.

Josefina Colon, 49, of Washington Avenue was charged with permitting unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on May 23.

Jaylin A. Colon, 37, of Washington Avenue was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on May 23.

Rafael Muller, 43, of South Zebra Street was charged with improper passing on May 23.

Matthew J. Eberle, 19, of East Amherst was charged with speeding and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on May 28.

Leonard G. Wilson, 49, of Middle Road was charged with violating the noise ordinance on May 28.

Damaris Echevarria, 41, of Pike Street was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, having no child restraint and no insurance on May 29.

Marianey S. Serrano, 23, of Second Street was charged with disorderly conduct on May 29.

Raquel Rivera, 30, of Maple Avenue was charged with disorderly conduct on May 29.

Damian Young, 23, of Lake Shore Drive West was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance on May 26 on a grand jury indictment.

Wanda L. Hernandez, 27, of Plover Street was charged with second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child on May 29.

Fay S. Virgil, 23, of Wisteria Drive, Fredonia was charged with having a back seat passenger less than 4 years old with no restraint, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and having no insurance on May 29.

Jessica M. Lynch, 21, of Kennedy was charged with permitting unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on May 29.

Melvin Escribano-Bernacot, 26, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with failure to keep right and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on May 30.

Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office

HANOVER - On Monday, a Buffalo man was transported to Erie County Medical Center (ECMC) after a motorcycle accident.

Leonard Mann, 57, of Hamburg, was operating a motorcycle traveling north on Hanover Road in the Town of Hanover. Mann's motorcycle apparently got into the gravel on the shoulder of the road and Mann lost control of the motorcycle and crashed. Mann had what appeared to be a serious foot injury and he was transported to ECMC by helicopter for treatment. The Forestville Fire Department also assisted on scene.

HANOVER - In three separate incidents, sheriff's deputies issued tickets for open containers of alcohol at Sunset Bay.

Around 3:25 p.m. on Monday, David Thompson, 21, of Grand Island was observed on Allegany Road in Sunset Bay and he was allegedly in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage. Thompson was issued an appearance ticket for the violation of the Hanover local law and will answer the charge in the Town of Hanover Court.

Around 4:20 p.m. on Monday, Darrin Herndon, 24, of Cheektowaga, was observed by a deputy to allegedly be in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage on Iola Drive in Sunset Bay. Herndon was issued an appearance ticket for the violation of the Hanover local law and will answer the charge in the Town of Hanover Court.

Around 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Thomas Jaren, 23, of Buffalo, was observed allegedly in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage. Jaren was issued an appearance ticket for the violation of the Hanover local law and will answer the charge in the Town of Hanover Court.
