Mr. and Mrs. Yerandy Rodriguez

Kristen Ann Tarnowski of Clermont, Fla., and Yerandy Baez Rodriguez of Kissimmee, Fla., were united in marriage on April 28 at the Family Church, 45 Lakeview Ave., Fredonia. The double-ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. Scott Wise. Soloists were Tara Amidon, cousin of the bride, and Terri Helwig, friend of the bride. who also accompanied on organ. Both are from Dunkirk.

The bride is the daughter of Kenneth and Nancy Tarnowski of Dunkirk. The groom is the son of Marieli Rodriguez of Orlando, Fla.

Escorted to the altar by her father, the bride wore a strapless A-line silhouette gown with a fitted bodice flowing into a soft chiffon skirt. The gown was accented with exquisite, hand-beaded lace and ruching detail with chapel train. The bride carried a cascading, long teardrop bouquet with white lilies and orchids, light and dark blue delphinium and ivy hangings.

Erika Zeigler of Orlando, good friend of the bride, was maid of honor. Lindsay Baez of Jayuya, Puerto Rico, sister of the groom was bridesmaid. Neveah Carter of Dunkirk, goddaughter of the bride, was junior bridesmaid. Flower girl was Maggie Mikula of Fredonia, cousin of the bride.

Eric Tarnowski of Dunkirk, brother of the bride, was Best Man. Zachary Lemiszko of Dunkirk, cousin of the bride, ushered. Serving as ring bearers were Benjamin Amidon and Hans Lemiszko, both from Dunkirk and cousins of the bride.

Godparents of the bride, aunt Diane Berek and uncle Eugene Tarnowski, both of Dunkirk, were gift bearers. The scripture reading was given by Kelly Arcarese, cousin of the bride, of Rochester. Julie Mikula of Fredonia, cousin of the bride, recited a poem written by the couple.

A unity sand ceremony was performed by both mothers, along with the bride and groom. The reception followed at the Kosciuszko Club.

The bride is a 2003 Dunkirk High School graduate and 2005 graduate of Jamestown Business College. She also received her bachelor's degree in tourism management with honors in 2007 from Niagara University. She is employed in management at Walt Disney World, Fla. A native of Puerto Rico, the groom finished his schooling in Florida where he advanced his studies and received his mechanics certificate. He is also employed by Walt Disney World.

After spending a week in New York and Niagara Falls, the bride and groom are currently residing in their new home in Clermont, Fla.
