Medicor's Internal Medicine Division recently honored their Medical Home implementation team with a luncheon at the White Inn, Fredonia, for securing national recognition for all of their six offices.
"This was an intensive implementation of a patient-centered practice model emphasizing preventative care to better serve our patients. Our physicians are very proud of our team," Bob Fisher, COO of the division, said.
