WESTFIELD - The Chautauqua County Sheriff's office is investigating the death of Paul Bischoff, 48, of Orchard Park.
The incident occurred at Brookside Beach Camp-ground on Route 5 early Sunday morning. The initial investigation shows that he fell over a cliff, about 40 feet, to a beach area of Lake Erie.
An autopsy on Bischoff is scheduled to take place at Erie County Medical Center.
The investigation is continuing.
