Gowanda man charged twice in 10 days
At 1:20 a.m. police responded to Buffalo Street for the report of a subject breaking a window and the door of an apartment. Patrol arrived and discovered Renaldo, who appeared highly intoxicated, had allegedly intentionally broke this window and door.
He was released on an appearance ticket for the Town of Collins Court. Ten days before this incident, Renaldo was also in trouble with police when he was charged with disorderly conduct. Police responded to Buffalo Street in front of Jubilee at 10:06 p.m. on June 8 for the report of a disturbance of a man yelling. When police responded they found Renaldo, who appeared highly intoxicated, causing a disturbance in the roadway. When police tried to quell this disturbance, Renaldo continued yelling profanities and became physically aggressive, challenging patrol to fight.
He was released on an appearance ticket for the Town of Collins Court for this charge.

PERRYSBURG - On Sunday, troopers charged two Gowanda women for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle after they reportedly used a man's car without his permission.
Geraldine Seneca, 30, of Gowanda, and Kachine Lay, 19, of Gowanda were charged. All involved were at a residence on Burning Springs Road on the Cattaraugus Indian Reservation early Sunday morning when the vehicle was taken. Seneca and Lay were processed and issued appearance tickets for the Town of Perrysburg Court later this month.
