Dunkin’ Donuts donates $4,040 to Women & Children’s Hospital

BUFFALO - Dunkin' Donuts today announced the results of its "Iced Coffee Day" initiative by presenting the Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo with a donation of $4,040.

During the one-day initiative on May 23, Dunkin' Donuts and its franchisees donated $1 from every cup of Iced Coffee sold at participating Dunkin' Donuts restaurants in the greater Buffalo area to the Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo.

"Dunkin' Donuts is thrilled to announce the results of our Iced Coffee Day initiative by making this donation to the Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo," Dunkin' Donuts Field Marketing Manager Eric Stensland said. "I'd like to thank residents throughout the greater Buffalo area for joining us on Iced Coffee Day to raise funds for an organization that is so vital to our community."

A Kaleida Health facility and teaching hospital for the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, the Women & Children's Hospital of Buffalo is the regional center for comprehensive and state-of-the-art pediatric, neonatal, perinatal and obstetrical services in Western New York and beyond.

"It is thanks to efforts like this that the Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo is able to continue to deliver the best possible health care in Western New York for sick and injured children," said Women and Children's Hospital of Buffalo Chief of Pediatric Neurosurgery Dr. Veetai Li.
