The proposed Chautauqua Health Center will be going to 319 Central Ave., Dunkirk, in the Graf Building pictured here. On Wednesday, Sen. Schumer's office stated the Health Center was going to 314 Central Ave., which is owned by Chadwick Bay Properties, LLC. Thursday, Schumer's office said that information was incorrect; the facility will be going to the North County Office Building, which is owned by Krog Corp. According to Michael Pease, interim executive director for the Chautauqua Center, the facility will be going on the ground floor. More information will be released in the next couple of weeks.
