Charges filed after two-car accident

Dunkirk Police have charged a Sinclairville man following a two car accident.

Gregory A. Peck, 40, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign on June 27. At 3:55 p.m. Peck was traveling west on Talcott Street when a vehicle driven by Kimberly A. Collins, 45, of King Street was traveling north on King Street. Collins was stopped at a four-way stop sign and proceeded north. Peck failed to stop striking Collins' vehicle. No injuries were reported and the vehicle driven by Collins was towed from the scene.

Adam J. Neubauer, 22, of New Road was charged with failure to obey traffic command and disorderly conduct on June 20.

Brian M. Meyer Sr., 54, of Deer Street was charged with petit larceny on June 20.

Anthony B. West, 35, of Maple Avenue was charged with second-degree harassment on June 21.

Shontika N. Morgan, 24, of Maple Avenue was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment on June 21.

Erick M. Burgos, 25, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with parking on roadway and unlicensed operator on June 22.

John A. Gelencser, 50, of Stockton was charged with petit larceny on June 22.

David F. Crawford Jr., 30, of Deer Street was charged with disorderly conduct on June 23.

Terry Young-Copeland, 25, of Ruggles Street was charged with disorderly conduct on June 23.

Samantha M. Thompson of East Seventh Street was charged with third-degree assault on June 23.

Evirey Cordero-Lopez, 29, of East Second Street was charged with second-degree harassment on June 24.

Bethany L. Patterson, 20, of Lincoln Avenue was charged with disorderly conduct on June 24.

Aliza M. Hooten, 21, of Woodrow Avenue was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and leaving the scene of an accident on June 25.

David L. Lewis Jr., 32, of Courtney Street was charged with third-degree assault on June 25.

A 16-year-old male of Main Street was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, having no headlights, no license and no registration on June 26.

A 16-year-old male of Maple Avenue was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana on June 26.

Torry R. Kenny, 19, of Westfield was charged with petit larceny on June 26 on a previous charge.

Darlene Davis-Wright, 39, of South Main Street was charged with second-degree harassment on June 26.

Tammy Santaliz, 28, of West Courtney Street was charged with criminal contempt on June 26.

Leonard Wilson, 50, of Middle Road was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance on June 26 from a bench warrant.

Shaquille D. Thomas, 18, of Park Avenue was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana on June 27 from a previous charge.

Samuel D. Lobley, 29, of King Street was charged with second-degree harassment on June 27 from a previous charge.

Robert Benson-Copeland, 20, of East Fifth Street was charged with violating the noise ordinance on June 27 from a bench warrant.

Angel L. Oquerdo, 40, of Temple Square, Fredonia was charged with second-degree harassment on June 27 from a warrant.

Chautauqua County Court

Larry L. Hicks, 32, of 51 W. 10th St., Jamestown, was sentenced to one year in jail, time served and six months driver's revocation for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Antonio A. Sanders, 23, of 245 Fulton St., upper, Jamestown, was sentenced to one year in jail, time served for criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree.

Michael J. May, 43, of 719 E. 2nd St., Jamestown, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, restitution, a three-year conditional discharge with ignition interlock and six months license revocation for misdemeanor DWI and two counts of criminal mischief in the third degree.

Alex C. Peru, 20, of 172 Lakin Ave., Jamestown, was sentenced to four months weekends in jail and five years probation for burglary in the third degree.

Laura L. Lange, 31, of 4926 Brown Rd., Conewango Valley, was sentenced to five years probation and restitution for grand larceny in the fourth degree.
