Two Dunkirk men were arrested for allegedly selling crack cocaine to drug agents in the City of Dunkirk.
According to police, between 7:25 p.m. and 8:25 p.m. Thursday, members of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force, New York State Parole and City of Dunkirk Police Department located and arrested Antonio J. Watts, 35, of Main Street, and Daniel Osorio-Perez, 34, of Leopard Street, at their respective addresses in the City of Dunkirk.
Watts had been indicted by a secret Chautauqua County Grand Jury on charges of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

A warrant for Osorio-Perez was issued by Dunkirk City Court Judge Walter Drag based on information supplied by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
It is alleged that both Watts and Osorio-Perez have sold quantities of crack cocaine to agents of the task force on occasions within the City of Dunkirk. Both were taken into custody without incident and then taken to the Dunkirk City Jail.
Watts and Osorio-Perez were subsequently transported to the Chautauqua County Jail being held until arraignment.
The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force is comprised of officers from the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office and City of Dunkirk Police Department.
The Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force would like to encourage members of the community to call either the Task Force or their local police when they observe narcotics-related activity in their area.
