I have petitioned the supreme Court of the State of New York for the removal of Kurt Lindstrom from the office of mayor of Silver Creek.
As required by the Public Officers Law, Lindstrom was given eight days notice of my intent to file. A copy of my petition is available at the Anderson-Lee Library should you wish to read it.
