Brenda and Richard Wills Jr. of Sinclairville announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Deck, to Todd Winton Jr., son of Todd Winton Sr. of Sinclairville.
The bride-to-be went to Brocton Central School. Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Cassadaga Valley and is employed with Wall Street Dairy LLC.
A September 2012 wedding is planned.
