Patrick K. Coughlin, 48, of Fredonia died Saturday afternoon (July 7, 2012) at his brother's home with his family by his side.
He was born July 16, 1963 in Dunkirk, the son of the late William J. and Joan (McNulty) Coughlin.
A lifelong resident of Fredonia, Patrick graduated from Fredonia High School, Class of 1981.

He was the proprietor of Coughlan's Pub in Fredonia and was also employed by the Carriage House.
A parishioner of St. Joseph Church, Patrick also belonged to several clubs in Dunkirk and Fredonia.
He enjoyed playing and watching hockey and baseball.
Survivors include one daughter, Tess Elizabeth Coughlin of St. Louis, Mo.; eight brothers: William F. (Donna) Coughlin of Fredonia, James P. (Vera) Coughlin of Dunkirk, Joseph M. (Sue) Coughlin of West Seneca, John M. (Jeanne) Coughlin of Fredonia, Timothy T. Coughlin of Fredonia, George P. Domedion of Tampa, Fla., Mark P. Domedion of Fredonia, and Michael C. Domedion of Erie Pa; his aunt, Joan E. Coughlin of Buffalo; loving companion, Lisa Parla of Dunkirk; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Coughlin; and his stepmother, Christina A. Coughlin.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 9:15 from the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 o'clock in Holy Trinity Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Monday and Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
