July 11, 2012
The OBSERVER

DAYTON - The Master's Plan Cafe welcomes guests of Sundoulos (Fellow Servants) on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in Dayton. They are a group of dedicated volunteer workers who will engage in the miraculous happenings of Christian faith and outreach. The Master's Plan Cafe is a multifunctional community center for giving and touching others with love. The day of events is for the entire family.

Sundoulos will present "His Family Plan" which features the 2012 Leadership Conference, including Leadership Training for the 21st Century. More importantly the emphasis will be on compassionate care, outreach and the best of fellowship. Registration is at 9:45 a.m. Interesting peace keeping topics will be featured. A light lunch will be served. Those interested in the morning conference, call Gina at 982-3825 or email gcollora@thegivingtree.co. There will be no charge to attend.

The community picnic fundraiser will feature chicken barbecue, pulled pork, hamburgers, hot dogs, ice cream, milk shakes, raffle tickets and gift baskets. All proceeds will go to the restoration of the cafe.

At 2 p.m. a parade will assemble at the Dayton Fire Department on Route 62. The parade will leave the fire hall at 2:30 p.m. and proceed the three-quarter mile trek to the Master's Plan Cafe. All are invited to participate in the parade. Registration is not necessary. This is a hometown parade with clowns, pets, floats, tractors, bicycles and wheelbarrows. Any group interested in participating is welcome.

Community worship service will be from 4 to 7 p.m. and will include music by Brothers McClurg (formerly Relevant Worship), a nationally known group. Last year they were a featured group at Darien Lake's "Kingdom Bound."
