BROCTON - On Sunday, Ron Lockwood will present a concert at 11 a.m. at the Fellowship Church. Lockwood is an accomplished singer with a golden voice. He suffers from MS and is confined to a wheelchair but thanks God for his talents. Rather than becoming bitter, his grateful spirit has made him a better man. Lockwood is from Rochester and has recorded several CDs.
Following the service, the church will have a pot-luck dinner at noon. All who attend will have an opportunity to socialize with Lockwood and purchase his CDs.
On Saturday, church members are invited to two graduation parties. Erin Jones is celebrating at Ottaway Park in Westfield on Route 5 from 4 to 9 p.m. and Harley Sank is celebrating at 9098 Matthews Road.
