WESTFIELD Jeffrey L. Jones, age 42, of Linwood, NC, formerly of Westfield, NY, died Thursday, July 19, 2012 in North Carolina.
Jeffrey was born on June 17, 1970 in Westfield, NY, a son of Lois (Nichols) Jones of Westfield and the late Harold Jones.
He had been employed by Ridg-U-Rak of North East, PA and most recently at Hatchi John Deere in North Carolina where he was a welder. Jeff was a proud and loving father who enjoyed woodworking and making toys for his son. He was an avid hunter and had bowled in several bowling leagues at both West-Port lanes and North East Lanes.

Surviving besides his mother Lois of Westfield, are his wife of 6 years, Kathe (Ball) Jones and his son Andrew Jones, both of Linwood, NC; his brothers James (Bev) Jones and Joel (Greta) Jones, both of Westfield; his sisters, Laura Mason and Lola (Joe) Warpool, both of Tennessee, Loretta (Doug) Auge of Mayville and Lucy (Brad) Hawker of Ripley, NY. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Jones, Sr.; his brother Harold Jones, Jr.; his nephew, James Jones; and a
great niece, Kayla Tolbert.
Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Friday, July 27, 2012 at 11 AM to be held at the Fellowship Church, Rt. 20 at Schools St., Brocton, NY, with Rev. Sandy Ball officiating. The Jones family will receive friends at the Church following the service.
