Neighborly help is appreciated

July 31, 2012
The OBSERVER

Editor, OBSERVER:

I'd like to take a few minutes to thank the two young men who helped me move some broken branches that had fallen in the middle of the road.

I was outside when the branches fell and as I got up to the sidewalk to look for someone to help move them, a car pulled up and they jumped out and moved the branches for me. There are no words that can express how grateful I am to those two young men for their help in cleaning up the mess in the road.

Thank you and God bless you for your help and consideration, gentlemen.

LAURIE GILRAY,

Dunkirk
