Judith Austin Miller

Judith Lynne Austin Miller departed this world after an extended illness on July 28th 2012 at around 10pm at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York with her loving husband Steven Briggs Miller by her side.

Judy was born in Dunkirk New York on June 19, 1958 and was 54 years old. She was the daughter of the late Eugene and Joyce Tylock Austin. She had resided in Caledonia, New York for the past seven years and had been previously a Brocton resident most of her life. She was a graduate of Brocton Central School after which she worked as an accountant.

She was also a former member of St. Patrick's Church of Brocton, New York and a former member of the parish Altar and Rosary Society.

Besides her husband Steven Briggs Miller , she is survived by two sons Christopher Miller of Brocton, N.Y. and Alann Miller of Brocton, N.Y. Two daughters Stephanie Miller Gandy of Mt. Morris, New York and Jennifer Miller Kunes of West Bloomfield, New York. Five brothers David Austin of Brocton, N.Y., Rick Austin of Fredonia, N.Y., Daniel Austin of Mayville, N.Y., Joseph Austin of Portland, N.Y. and Shaun Austin of Brocton, N.Y. Two sisters, Mrs. Shirley Faught of Colorado and Mrs. Deborah Hugg of Dunkirk, NY. 13 grandchildren, one grandchild on the way and one great-grand daughter on the way.

Funeral services will be held from the Morse Funeral Home in Brocton, New York on Friday August 3, 2012 with the time being announced in Wednesday's paper. Interment will follow at the Portland Evergreen Cemetery. Friends are invited to call at the Morse Funeral Home 2-4 and 7-9 on Thursday Aug. 2, 2012. Donations in care of Steven Briggs Miller, P.O. Box 240, Brocton New York 14716 will be kindly and graciously accepted by the family.
