FORESTVILLE - Marilyn G. Will, 84, of Gibbs Road, Forestville, died Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at UPMC Hamot Medical Center, Erie, PA. She was born in Dunkirk, on April 22, 1928, the daughter of the late Gerald and Ruth (Oehser) Cooley.
Mrs. Will was a graduate of Forestville Central School, Class of 1945 and graduated from Bryant & Stratton in 1946. She worked in Buffalo for three years, then worked for the Baptist Bible College in Johnson City, NY and for the Forestville Elementary School as a Lunch Monitor for a period of time. She was a member of Forestville Baptist Church, where she was an organist for over 30 years and volunteered as Secretary for the former Forestville Christian Academy. Mrs. Will also assisted her husband, G. Ronald Will, whom she married on August 18, 1951 in the Forestville Baptist Church, with the dairy and grape farm on Gibbs Road, Forestville.
Surviving besides her husband are two daughters, Brenda (Gary) Stutzman, of Berlin, OH, Linda Will, of Forestville; four sons Randy (Dianna) Will of Forestville, Dennis (Pamela) Will of Griggsville, IL, Alan (Linda) Will and Brian (Patricia) Will, both of Forestville. Also surviving
are 10 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by two brothers, Norman & Edward Cooley.
Friends are welcome to call at the Riles & Woolley Funeral Home, 39 Main Street, Forestville this evening from 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held Friday morning at 11 o'clock from the Forestville Baptist Church, Prospect Street, Forestville, with Rev. Dennis Will, son of the deceased and Rev. Michael Stitzel, pastor of the Forestville Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Pioneer Cemetery, Forestville.
