.....Avis Lyons of Forestville has been awarded a Nathaniel Rochester Society Scholarship at Rochester Institute of Technology for the 2012 to 2013 academic year. A fourth-year student in the College of Business, Lyons is studying international business and marketing. Lyons is the daughter of Patrick Lyons and Cindy Decker.....
