Investigation has revealed that Jewell did allegedly stab a 27-year-old male victim in the abdomen while the victim was standing with a group of people on North Main Street. The victim is still being treated for his injuries at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pa.
Jewell was held in the Venango County Jail in Pennsylvania to await an extradition hearing.

Around 10:45 p.m., deputies were investigating an alleged incident which occurred on Blockville-Watts Flats Road in the Town of Harmony. During the investigation, deputies observed Robert L. Tordella, 50, of Ashville, drive up to their location and exit his vehicle.
Tordella was the subject of their investigation, so he was interviewed. Tordella was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DWI. Following the original investigation, Tordella was additionally charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, as it is alleged that he choked another person. During processing, Tordella was charged with aggravated DWI per se for having a blood alcohol content of .18 percent or greater.
Tordella was arraigned in the Town of Busti Court and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail pending receipt of $500 cash bail. He will be in Harmony Town Court later. Deputies were assisted by Lakewood-Busti Police.
Around 12:30 a.m., officers responded to an address on Alleghany Road in the Town of Hanover for a disturbance. Upon arrival it was discovered that Klarissa J. Foster, 22, of Hanover, had gotten into an argument with another subject. During the course of the argument Foster took a crutch and broke an exterior window to the residence.
Foster was issued an appearance ticket and will answer to the charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief in the Town of Hanover Court on a later date.

A trooper responded to a harassment complaint on Friday. The alleged victim informed the officer that Parker had stuck him from behind for no apparent reason.
Parker is scheduled to appear in the Town of Poland Court later this month to answer the charges.
