LILY DALE - Joseph A. Lazarony of Lily Dale passed into spirit on Aug. 7, 2012 at his home.
Born Dec. 29, 1929, he will be joining in spirit his parents Anthony and Mary Koch Lazarony as well as a
brother Richard Lazarony.
Joseph is survived by his wife Dorothy; his daughters, Donna Lemay, Patti Kelly, Mary Brooks and Emmy (Mark) Desaulniers; 11 grandchildren, Mark and Jon Lemay, Jennifer Libby, Ryan, Darin and Shane Kelly, Jessica Wheeler, Joshua and Aaron Cantrell, Paige and Andrew Desaulniers as well as 9 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Emeline Chetkin and a brother William Lazarony as well as several nieces and nephews.
Joseph served in the U.S. Navy and retired from the U.S. Air Force after 21 years.
He moved to Lily Dale in 1999, from Manchester, NH, where he had resided for 30 years. He was a 1947
graduate of Fredonia High School where he participated in track and football.
Joseph enjoyed his garden and his grand- and great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Lily Dale Healing Temple, East St., Lily Dale.
