Fredonia troopers charge Mayville man with petit larceny

Reportedly, Moore was observed stealing a can of gasoline from a residence on Stockton Hartfield road in the town of Stockton.

Troopers caught up with him at his residence.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office

Around 9:15 p.m., Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies along with U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents and Westfield Police Department investigated a situation where drug activity was possibly taking place at the Dan Reed Pier.

Upon investigation, it was determined two individuals were in possession of marijuana and a controlled substance. The individuals involved were identified as Haley Potter, 19, of Ripley, and Alexandra Rymko, 18, of Westfield. Potter was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana and Rymko was arrested for unlawful possession of marijuana and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Dunkirk Police

Rotunda L. Buchanan, 43, of Deer Street was charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 7.

Cynthia R. Victor, 52, of West Fourth Street was charged with second-degree harassment on Aug. 7.

Nicholas Cole, 18, of North Main Street was charged with petit larceny Aug. 7.

Raily J. Santiago-Rivera, 31, of West Third Street was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Aug. 8.

Frank Ameno Jr., 50, of Lake Shore Drive East was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Jonathan J. Colon, 19, of Nevins Street was charged with passing through a red light on Aug. 10.

A 16-year-old female of Deer Street was charged with disorderly conduct Aug. 10.

Santos Santiago, 37, of Washington Avenue was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle Aug. 10.

Christopher Kramer, 47, of East Second Street was charged with second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct and obstruction Aug. 11

Luis A. Collazo, 25, of Franklin Avenue was charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 11.

Jose Reyes of Fredonia was charged with passing through a red light Aug. 11

Gilberto Gonzalez of Canary Street was charged with disorderly conduct Aug. 12.

Kyle P. Morano, 37, of East Courtney Street was charged with having no inspection, improper restraints in front seat, improper restraints in back seat and stopping on a public highway on Aug. 12.

Steven A. Raynor, 32, of Lake Shore Drive East was charged with failure to appear on Aug. 13.

Amber Perry, 24, of West Lake Road was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, having no or inadequate headlights and violation of restrictions Aug. 14.

Giovonni Pena, 26, of Lake Shore Drive East was charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 14 on a bench warrant from a prior charge.

Angel M. Rosas Jr., 48, of Grant Avenue was charged with petit larceny on Aug. 14.
