North Collins Elementary School PTA presented Nicole Robinson its first Western Region Ruth F. Huber PTA Leadership Award. This award is presented to a PTA member that is in good standing, demonstrates leadership potential, shows enthusiastic commitment to the PTA, gives his/her time, talent, experience, energy and heart fully. Robinson was nominated by the unit as the PTA member that most demonstrated these qualities at the local level. She always has a smile and is willing to help on any project big or small. She thinks of the students of North Collins and how her efforts can make a difference. Robinson was honored at the Western Region PTA Spring Conference, and received a certificate and a monetary award to be used toward PTA leadership training.
