State Police at Jamestown
POLAND - On Sunday, Clint Vinzant, 19, of Kennedy was charged with driving while intoxicated. He was pulled over on Route 394 for allegedly failing to dim his high beams.
Vinzant reportedly failed several field sobriety tests and was transported to state police barracks in Jamestown where he was processed, issued tickets returnable to the Town of Poland Court and released to a sober individual.
FALCONER - On Sunday, Bonnie Huber, 50, of Falconer was charged with second-degree harassment.
A trooper responded to a residence for a report of a fight. It was reported that Huber struck another subject at that location several times.
Huber was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Poland Court. The victim did not sustain any injuries.
RANDOLPH - On Thursday, troopers responded to a harassment complaint in the Village of Randolph. It was reported that for several months, Jordan Spry, 22, of Randolph had been following and harassing an underage teen, targeting not only the teen but his friends, family and home. Spry had been given verbal warnings to cease his behavior on two separate occasions by state police.
On Friday, Spry was charged with fourth-degree stalking and endangering the welfare of a child. Spry was processed at state police barracks in Jamestown and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Randolph Court at a later date to answer the charges.
Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office
STOCKTON - On Tuesday, a Stockton man was jailed after being charged with harassment for an incident in the Town of Stockton.
Around 10 p.m., William H. Stevens, 51, of Stockton, allegedly made unwanted physical contact with an adult female in the Town of Stockton. Stevens was located and arrested without incident. Stevens was arraigned and committed to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail.
HARMONY - On Wednesday, a Jamestown man was charged with trespass and unlawful possession of marijuana in the Town of Harmony.
Around 11:05 p.m. sheriff's deputies were called to the area of 1754 Blockville Watts Flatts Road for a complaint of a subject trespassing. It is alleged that Ryan A. Yezzi, 18, of Jamestown, was trespassing on property in the area. After investigation Yezzi was charged with one count of trespass and was also in possession of a small quantity of marijuana.
Yezzi was released and will appear in the Harmony court on a later date.
